The Lost Treasures of the Copper Scroll
The Lost Treasures of the Copper Scroll
A scroll made out of copper and tin was found in 1952 in the
same caves as the dead sea scrolls. Because the metal could not be
unrolled, it was cut and fitted together. The language was a variation
of Hebrew, and when read it was actually a list of treasures with vague
directions. Many teams have gone out to search for the 64 locations the
scroll describes, but to date, nothing has been recovered.
